In the 2024-25 season, the Avalanche ranked sixth in the NHL in goals for per game (3.33), and the Kings came in 14th (3.04). Colorado’s Nathan MacKinnon led the team across the board in points (116), goals (32), and assists (84) last season. Meanwhile, Los Angeles’ Adrian Kempe put the puck in the net 35 times last campaign. Both teams have several players who can put pressure on the opposition.
